I looked at mine and it said that I had to download something additionally to enable it. So I guess it's off for now.
Mine says it requires bluetooth and location turned on, and I keep that shit so off it's not even funny. Haven't used location services in years, and I only rarely use bluetooth, mostly at home. Although I can't say I believe that they're not just tracking your location at all times anyway and storing a record of all your movements in some secret database somewhere, and only give you buttons to turn off location "services" etc. to make you think you have control over it.

Anyone with an android phone
You can have an Android phone and use it as a phone and even install apps on it without having a Joogle account. But a normie wouldn't be able to figure that out.
