Seattle is already a port and under CBP jurisdiction. They can set up a border crossing station and customs desk anywhere in the city without officially recognizing any change of border lines. They should set up shop just out side CHAZ and then treat the line like any other crossing location.
- Strip search everyone crossing.
- Arrest anyone crossing without a passport.
- Detain known terrorists (Antifa)
- Detain and start deportation procedures for illegal aliens
- Charge import/export duties for all goods over $50
- Confiscate all produce, fruits and vegetables.
And all of these things can be done without Trump declaring marshal law, invoking the insurrection act, activating or federalizing the National Guard, etc.
