You should make the site less rigid so it can be easily customized through CSS. There wasn't negativity until you brushed everything off as a feature or by design without any concern with the user base. Now I don't give a shit

And you don't care about mobile users since you don't even check if your custom CSS is mobile friendly.

Also, I didn't brush everything off, but made the website more mobile friendly, which is what most of poalrs use to browse Poal.
