Hopefully they aren't super retarded here, they at least have a sense of of how lame what they are ordered to enforce is, regarding lockdown

"You don't need a printer you can fill and download it over the internet with your phone"

"Ok... Just don't stay there ortherwise it's going to be a fine next time"

I could read on his face how lame what he was told to enforce was, in an area where there is zero corona...
The whole 'Rona panic is delivering us incredible amounts & types of data/insights into how the populace will behave (what do your "locals" do, what do different races do, who goes along, who tries to be the guilt-tripping enforcer, who hordes, what the government(s) seem willing to do, etc.).
