Beta males that have been manipulated into thinking that they have to fake like they are attracted to them, for social justice and to support feminism. I can imagine the nausea they have to push back in order to do this and to fuck them. Their self esteem must plummet, and they will develop fake erectile dysfunction, which is actually just lake of biological attraction.
