You're welcome. I usually put it in Tang or one of those Wallyword powder caffeinated packets, tho it doesnt have a flavor so water works as well. 3gX2/day for me but i started at 3g 1/day and went up. It has some other benefits too that you may not notice nor need if you are a young fella.

Im an early genXer. While it doesnt work as well as a prescription drug it definitely works for other purposes. Just to throw this out there, i tried several brands purchased on amazon and ended up preferring "Nutricost Pure L-Citrulline (Base) Powder (600 Grams)". They all seemed to the same but this is the least expensive.
