Sometime I think it has to be more than coincidence. Everytime something shitty happens to me, I go through a brief period of being a mopey faggot, only to have an even better opportunity pop up, one that never would've materialized had the shitty thing not happened in the first place. The more this happens, the more inexplicable it is. It is like some divine providence is helping me along. Or perhaps it is just random luck, sheer probability that a series of good things have to one random person, given a large enough sample set. Or maybe I am making my own luck, that by being unafraid and talking to everyone, and, importantly, asking a lot of questions, I help expose myself to rare opportunities. But it doesn't feel like either of those. It feels better. It feels like destiny.
