Sometime I think it has to be more than coincidence. Everytime something shitty happens to me, I go through a brief period of being a mopey faggot, only to have an even better opportunity pop up, one that never would've materialized had the shitty thing not happened in the first place.

The more this happens, the more inexplicable it is. It is like some divine providence is helping me along.

Or perhaps it is just random luck, sheer probability that a series of good things have to one random person, given a large enough sample set.

Or maybe I am making my own luck, that by being unafraid and talking to everyone, and, importantly, asking a lot of questions, I help expose myself to rare opportunities.

But it doesn't feel like either of those. It feels better.

It feels like destiny.

I'm pretty lucky, myself. To the point where people ask me how I get so lucky.
I tell them that I have enough luck to keep me alive, but not enough to get me anywhere.
I've escaped horrible crashes, but I will never ever hit the lottery.

I am far too exceptional to lead a mediocre life.

have to watch out for pride, though. it comes before a fall. ask yourself what makes an exceptional life? are they good things? or stupid things? you are exceptional because of genes or learning how to overcome adversity. you have talents, but it is for a reason. pray. try to understand God. conform to his will, Hes the reason you are here and so equipped. but dont think its because of any merit you possess. as humans we have little.

Sounds like a simple karmic waveform - bad luck, good luck, bad luck, good luck, bad luck, good luck.

its God, talking to you. i firmly believe god operates via "the butterfly effect". so there is something unique about you that the creator would like to use. but you have to choose to. thats how free will works. read the bible. new testament first. ask for guidance, it will come.

Oh.

Go touch everything you can in the nation of Israel. I'll buy you a plane ticket if you need me to.
