You did a shit job of grammar on that sentence. I don't understand.

I would rather not do a good job actually, due to the fact that this customer has assholes in charge of the worksite. However, work in my field of occupation slows down at the end of the year.

I don't know if I'll get another customer if I leave this one, thus my performance must be exceptional regardless of my treatment.

This is not a great situation.
