Many of those walk around with their guts hanging out. A disgusting trend I started noticed ~5, maybe ~8, years ago.

I started laughing at a doctor's office one day and a nurse asked me what was so funny. I hesitated and then said, I just noticed you have a bunch of double wide chairs in your office. No comment. LOL.
