If you have a truck, it seems like a good reason to carry around a battery rigged for charging at those parking spots. Then that battery could be used to power other things either at a job site or at home. And on top of it all you get a sweet parking spot.

Don't worry. You don't need to make EV owners more miserable, they're doing just fine by themselves. They mostly have Trump derangement syndrome and cognitive dissonance when it comes to EVs and virtue signaling. At some point their brains become saturated with anger and fear.
I disagree from the point of view that we need to make them all believe that buying an electric vehicle is not just a poor decision, but a dangerous and stupid decision. If we figured out how to make the EVs all go up as frequently and suddenly as jab takers are dying suddenly, it could start a trend in thought.

The people who bought EVs are now heavily invested in the lie. They're searching out any excuse they can to justify the decision to buy them. Even to the point of purchasing another one if they have to.
Oh, I got a great deal! I only over paid by 40% on an ICE vehicle.
Well, Ford subsidizes their EVs, so it's like getting a really good deal on a very expensive vehicle.
I never drive more than a few blocks from my charger, so it works well for me.
I'm waiting for Fuck Joe Biden to finally build 7 more chargers.
