I'm in PA and I often think we should, at least for out-of-staters. It's always 75% MD/NY/NJ plates in the lots, relatively few residents. It's gotten to the point, while I conceal carry in daily life, I always open carry in state parks just to remind the front-platers where they're at.

Costs 3$- 7$ dollars to park in the lot most places. Once had a cop hold my friends license while he drove back home real quick just to drive right back and give the cop 7$. Lived nearby so no big deal but damn

I like that there are use fees, keeps the urban youth from destroying them as they do to the city parks.
