It would likely be zero. There are low class white people who get caught up with the nigger culture and that pushes them into violence and degeneracy. If those same people were surrounded only by whites they would be pushed in the opposite direction. They would be pushed to improve themselves. They would not be taught to idolize criminality like black people do. They would not be encouraged to become aggressive and violent in response to the violence surrounding them as the result of nigger infested neighborhoods. They would live in a peaceful city and never end up in a situation that prompts them to shoot anyone.
