References to the biblical flood (which, btw, is also referenced in most ancient cultures), happened roughly 14,000 years ago. As there was several thousand years of recovery from the cold period, to which you reference. Which ended roughly 11,400 years ago. Edit: though the effects lingered, such as glaciation.
This is why many of the pre-flood mythos exists in most post-flood societies in some form or fashion.
Globally, pre-flood, the swastika was used everywhere aryan culture existed. This includes north and south America. There is good reason for this and why our history is denied to us. It's why we are targeted for genocide.
