I've been using an in shoe brace w/ the rigid plastic sides to keep it from being able to roll... However this morning while it was off to take the trash out I just slipped into some sandals and stepped down out my back door. B/c of the trash bags I didn't notice the Miracle gro spray attachment connected to my hose and stepped down onto that and was greeted by an uber loud snapping sound in my ankle. I'm able to walk on it still but I really thought I broke the fucker at first. Basically it just hurts as bad as it did when it first happened last week again.
