Without consulting google here's a few I can think of.

Every part of a pine tree is edible, though not all sound yummy.

Pine nuts are yummy.

Pine cones make excellent fire starters.

Pine roots are ready made rough cordage.

Pine bark can make better cordage with some work, though not as good as some other plants like cedar or nettles.

Pine needles can be used to make tea high in vitamin C.

Pine pitch can make a very good glue/epoxy.

Pine needles can be woven into containers.

Pine wood can be used to make all manner artifacts. Tools/tool handles, furniture, shelter framing, traps, fishing gear, hunting gear. Basically anything.

Pinewood can be used for bonfires. Martial arts schools generally use pinewood for breaking boards (it breaks relatively easily).
