Dont eat it rare. Same reason pork was never supposed to be eaten rare until very recently. Not a big deal.

Supposedly in the last several years trichinosis has been bred out of pork and it is now safe to eat rare. Not in 3rd world hellholes of course, but at least here in hamerica
