This is a new sub for posting about spicy foods, hot sauces, peppers, and anything else spicy to share with fellow Poalers! I know I have a fridge filled with hot sauces that I'll make reviews on. My wife and I also have some experience growing peppers and I look forward to sharing recipes and experiences, as well as hearing your reviews and recommendations on hot sauces!

It's a spicy world out there. Let's share it together.

Did a quick dehydrate in an air fryer then ground it. Was only about three peppers a customer gave me, but i saved the seeds. Only use it in small amounts, adding it to salsa or wing sauce

Cool. We have dehydrated a bunch of scorpions and reapers, and are including ghosts in the garden in 2023

Yes, well we are new to the whole hot pepper scene but holy cow, the floral notes in scorpions and reapers was a totally new experience for us. I have several recipes I am going to post, but don't have time right now. I also look forward to hearing about others who have superhot experiences to share.
