I think pepper plants should be started ahead of time so by the time they are transplanted outdoors, they are pretty big already. Ghost pepper powder? Did you dehydrate them then crush them? Or what was the process? Have you used the powder in a recipe yet?
Did a quick dehydrate in an air fryer then ground it. Was only about three peppers a customer gave me, but i saved the seeds. Only use it in small amounts, adding it to salsa or wing sauce
