IB: I've heard of a practice called earthing - connecting your bare feet to the ground (preferably grass or soil) to discharge the electricity buildup in your body. IB: Most shoes have rubber in the soles which acts as an insulator, and this prevents electricity being discharged from the feet. IB: With all the electrical signals flying around I imagine charge builds up in the body fairly easily. I've been doing earthing every now and then and I think it helps (hard to tell with these things).
