Supposedly the majority of vaccine adverse effects have come from 5% of the batches. These batches are definately not created equal. If a medical-cabal-dictatorship was trying to kill everyone, wouldn't they want to get as much data out of them as possible? One way to do that is to subject the whole population to experimental drug trails. Why would you stop at testing just one drug? So the theory is that in each vaccine is a cocktail of drugs that differs from batch to batch. By recording what batches people got, and requiring anyone who wants to recieve other medical services to have that data associated with them, you can look at their future medical history to determine the long term outcomes of the cocktails they've recieved.

So the people who had their limbs turn black and rot off got one hell of a bad drug. They are being reckless with your health, and that is to be certain. Why not aquire a lot of data out of people if you are willing to be completely reckless with their wellbeing?

This first round of injections is being used to put everything in place to force the mandatory yearly injections. You are right, that there are different batches. This round of injections is killing and making just enough people sick (blaming the un-vaxxed) in order to justify yearly boosters.

Once there are mandatory yearly injections, they'll be able to control the demographics of every country, state, city, and neighborhood.

If an area has too many of an unwanted demographic - Be it age, race, religion, political beliefs, dissidents, wrong thinkers, etc. They will be able to "adjust" those demographics using their mandatory yearly injections. Early deaths, a drop in fertility rates, etc.

They don't need to genocide an entire area. By simply "adjusting" the fertility rate of an area slightly lower, they'll be able to change the racial and religious demographics of that area in a decade. By slightly "adjusting" the life expectancy of an area, they can greatly change the political leaning, and the healthcare costs, pension, and other government expenses an area uses.

Again, once the mandatory injections are in place, they will be able to easily "adjust" the demographics of any and all areas in the world. With the "adjustments" being subtle enough for people to not notice. An example would be - A 10% decrease in fertility here. 5% increase in heart disease there. And the numbers can be subtle. 5% isn't much. But 5% per year, every year, for a decade is a lot. But still unnoticeable, and can be blamed on other things.

Not every injection is poisoned right now. Not every injection will be poisoned in the future. Once mandatory injections are in place, the percentage of poisoned injections will all depends on the amount of unwanted demographics in an area.
