Man back at it again with these fucked up dreams. I was having a dream that I was getting electrocuted. I ran into a wire that was above a walking path and I got stuck to it. I was in the body of a younger guy and the pain I felt being electrocuted was terrible. When I was getting the juice I saw white, I couldn't move but I was able to blurt out "somebody help me". Someone somehow pushed me away and I managed to get away. The pain hurt so much that I fell and just started to wail. My heart hurt really bad, throbbing in pain. I woke up in reality 2 minutes ago just thinking about that pain, it's fucked up.

caffeine is a powerful psychoactive drug, it can cause some unpleasant side effects, including sleep disturbances. Caffeine directly stimulates brain activity, even during sleep, which can lead to nightmares. It can also cause or worsen nightmares indirectly through its effects on the quality of your sleep. If you experience nightmares for no apparent reason, your afternoon cup of coffee might be the culprit.

Well that's some shit, I didn't know that. That's why all those hippie tweakers do these cacao ceremonies. So what's a good time to cut caffeinated tea off if I like to go to bed around 9:30?
