I wake up a lot during sleep. But from 5am-8am I have been dreaming nightly lately. I'm getting much closer to being lucid.

How do I push it over the top?

A couple of hours ago I dropped my wife off and instead of driving home I started walking. Faster and faster. Eventually I was on the highway with 50-100ft between steps, nearly flying, and all I could think is what the drivers must be thinking seeing me sailing like this.

I want to be lucid and control it more...
