Watched a different one. You really can't see the stripes in the aerial shots, except for the stripe at the top. The one at the top may have been there all along, but those two in the middle dividing the building into thirds never were.

look around the end of the video, there's an helicopter view flying around and you can clearly see the top stripes and the middle ones at the bottom.
