pajeets and their shitty weather radar technology. Data anomalies in radar are quite common now. When the data used to be analog in nature, you would not see these kinds of distortions. There were other anomalies, but the didn't form geometric patterns like these. These anomalies are similar to the data distortion found in MPEG streams where data loss has occurred in keyframes. The following frames contain only differential data from the previous keyframe that was damaged so the displayed video is heavily distorted in geometric patterns. Same goes for radar data that has been transformed digitally for data compression or other purposes.

Welcome to the shitty world of digital data degradation. Your analog brain is misinterpreting what it sees here and it's easier to think it's nefarious than it is to realize it's just a mismatch between the digital data stream and our analog consciousness. I still prefer analog technologies for applications like these .
