Fake and gay.
First, at .25 playback speed, you can clearly see a point flash before the "beam" appears.
Second, if this were real, and a beam like this did burn anything - that fast - there would be a HUGE plume of black smoke which would remain in the area for a while.
Third, after the "explosion", you can see a car right next to where the "beam" strikes calmly making a right turn. Nope. Sorry. Just the noise of something like this would cause everyone in the immediate area to freeze and freak out, if not have their windows blown out.
