Probably just a couple of those wild people you see every once in a while. Sometimes people get lost in the wilderness and once there's enough in an area they'll meet each other and have kids out there, you end up with small tribes of inbred wild people who've never been indoors. They aren't dangerous really you just gotta lock your trash up like with raccoons.
