Could be the result of a plasma discharge. Craters like this have been demonstrated with high voltage between a discharge bell and the plate. It mutates the land into a crater with a centerpiece like this.

I suppose one of them has Walter Koenig trying to survive some sort of Lunar graboid monster, another dome has Martin Landau and Barbara Bain under it sending Eagles to be blown up every week, and the third one has Nazis on the Moon.

The structures, which were spotted on NASA’s maps, were supposedly made by a species of aliens called ‘Greys’, which are supposedly a race of super-intelligent extraterrestrials which like the dark. This is the reason they built the dome-like structures, so they can live underground in the dark.
If they're so intelligent, why didn't they build their domes on the dark side of the moon?

Typical structure of an electric/plasma discharge. All the craters on the moon were likely created by arc lightning rather than impacts.
Check out the Elecrtric/Plasma universe. There are many papers and experiments proving how these shapes (beads in craters) occur.
