Ok the big light burst on the left and behind at the beginning and then the impact on the rocks. It's been noted by other people.

I noticed the "light burst"
I concluded it was a more direct exposure of the camera lens toward the light source (lamp post), due to the blast shaking it upward for a brief moment

I hand't thought of that. That would explain why it was in the same spot as the lamp was the whole time.
