That's definitely a projected/fired munition explosion. As was mentioned in the video, no crater, no outward spalling of shrapnel that would be produced from a planted bomb/IED. Looks like a Carl Gustaf (84 mm High Explosive) round hit it, to be honest

But I agree it looks as punchy, maybe it's just civilian explosives, used in construction work
