I don't think it was aliens or anything but annoying I can't get a pic of anything.

It must have been really low orbit, and it looked like 4 tic tacs in a line, 3 of which were next to each other with a break for the last one and something coming out of either side. I think it was a really really pale green colour.

Does anyone know what I've seen?

The only common ones with pictures available would be the TR-3b. No match to your description, it's a triangle.
