I can't explain perspective to you well. It wasn't shiny, and had no shadows. If you drew it on a piece of paper it would be about 2 inches long at arms length. Didn't change direction or orientation. Didn't have any trails, and didn't upset any clouds. I remember there being clear skies but it was under clouds that were there. It also moved quickly, like maybe 3x the speed of an aircraft at altitude, and it was parrallel to the ground. That's why I thought it was a satelite when I was younger.
