Probably is fake. I haven't seen any ghost footage like that before. It moves way to human and alive. I'd bet a green suit was used with eyes cut out so they could reflect light the way eyes do.

so going over the images more (with plenty of coffee) it almost looks like i can see a headstrap set-up for nightvision goggles over the peeking-out "creature"

i think green suit is probably right and i'm just going to sleep well at night putting my money on people wearing nightvision goggles or something
