Could be Satanists. If aliens exist (not saying they do) what could they possibly hope to learn this late in the game by mutilating cattle?

I see your point, but there are no footprints or evidence left so it doesn't seem like humans would do that. I don't think a chupacabra wouldn't be so advanced to take out organs so precisely.
