Kratom and nicotine. Then I try everything else I can get my hands on.
Don't bait trouble. Addictive personality is high risk, I'm aware.
Takes a lot just to maintain, very aware.
Well I was drinking everyday back when the fda was gonna make kratom illegal. That was the first time I heard about it. Alcoholism runs deep in my family and my uncle just died from it. I heard kratom makes quitting drinking easy so I started taking kratom. Sure enough I quit drinking. Stupidly I took kratom everyday cauze everyone said it wasn’t addicting. Then one day I ran out and started aching. Come to find out it is addicting. I actually quit last October for a month. It was a bitch to quit. True withdrawals just like heroin except I think heroin makes you sick. Anyways then I started drinking again to help me with that. I spent about 30 days hammered. Then I went back to kratom again. Cause atleast when I’m on kratom I’m eating healthy and in the gym all the time
My nick is Nicotinic Acid, Vitamin B3. There's evidence it helps with alcohol cravings. Take 500mg, it will start a heavy "flush", it feel like swelling, and it'll be about 20-40 minutes before it calms. Eventually after a few weeks or so your body will normalize and it won't cause a flush anymore. This means the deficiency is cleared, perhaps then you won't have cravings, hopefully.
