I thought this was a babylon bee or April Fools article at first this is a real plan. You can tell only a stupid nigger running a major city like Chicago would come up with this.

That is the going rate for feeders that have reach "weened" age. Get them to "extra large" and it goes up to $4. People have exotic reptiles and snakes to feed.
