I saw a segment about this on Tucker the other night and he interviewed a guy who was in pest control that had a pack of Rat Terrier dogs and said business has been booming for him in the Chicago area. He also stated that some of the animal shelters were charging $200 a pop to rent a cat for a few hours with little results.
