Maybe I just got old but stuff like Saw just felt like a reflection of society, like picking on a few people that the protagonist hated and then making them suffer. Zombie films I like, because they feel more like a survival against the accelerating decay of society along with a renewing of human values. I really dislike the morality messaging the jew inserting into every franchise, it constrains the plot into a sequence of set pieces
