Time travel wars all resulted in the destruction of the original time travel machine, because it's the only way out of it

As a result, the time travel wars never happened and time travellers never existed

And that's also why the first time traveling machine will never exist in practice, only in theory

They are machines implanted with human brains.

They slowly teleport their consciousness across temporal fields through transmissions to and from other times. The first machine and receiver is as far back as the travelers can go. Eventually it will synchronize across past future and present and one mind will rule forever.
