I don't take it as a win because he seems to have been a scared coward with his late decision. I don't get to decide his fate. God judged him as God saw fit.
Yes, but this is a message that will go to others that have time to think, time to change their ways. Not out of fear but out of curiosity and maybe a genuine interest over time.
Anything that rolls back the degeneracy and insanity of "current world" is probably not a bad thing. People that have never gone to Church are going to Church. People like him, saying things like he did is a part of that. Allow it to happen rather than attacking him for it.
