Magnesium is definitely an essential mineral to keep our bodies functioning properly, but this video is nothing more than an informercial for a brand of magnesium supplement. It was hard to watch this video since it just reeked of talmudvision style late night goyim marketing tactics. If the information had been delivered in a better manner with less shilling for profit, I think the message could have been more tangible and informative. It's too bad it was more about making money for the manufacturer than keeping you healthy.
