There may be some truth to this. That daycare was one of the ones mentioned in the (go to 11:14). Someone may have edited the Google Maps data for that location as a prank.
I’d like to know what’s involved in editing Google Maps data. They must verify business ownership somehow. Otherwise we would have a big problem with businesses setting their competitors’ numbers to their own.
On a side note, the full exposé video is good. They go to a large number of these fake daycare centers and ask about enrolling a child there. In one day of driving around Minnesota they exposed over $110,000,000 in annual fraud.
