Thingiverse has a ton of prints also.

Resin printers can get messy, be sure you store the stuff properly. They are also capable of easily printing things that an FDM cant easily do.

Get an FDM too. Ender 3's are super simple to setup and sue and work amazingly well for what they cost. Under 200 bucks.

also if you are just getting into CAD... tinkercad is a good starting point for super basic entry, that can actually generate usable parts.

My plan was to learn how to send print files to the printer, I’m using a windows 10 PC. Then, learn how to make my own designs with a slicer(?)

get a raspberri pi and setup octoprint thats what you want to send files from the PC and control the printer

The slicer doesnt make anything. it does exactly what it says. It slices the models you have down into layers and generates G code(the code your printer understands) for each layer.

The models, for starting. just grab your first few dozen prints from thingiverse. You need cad software (tinkercad again - stupidly simple for basic things) to generate a model to feed to a slicer.

for a slicer. I like ultimaker cura. but "slicer" also works well

Thanks!

They're fun.

Buy another, that way you can print twice as fast!

I was planning to set it up in my garage, but are there temperature limits for a resin printer? Still researching.

Do you also have a Go Pro and a man bun?

If I could have a man bun, I would not have a man bun. Hair? What is it there for? Absolutely nothing. I think that’s how that song goes.
