I'd buy it and advertise it as a "ghost house." I'd invite paranormal investigation teams to stay in it and make videos about it. Then I'd hire a ghost-writer (see what I did there?) to write a book about it and put my name on it. Then I'd sell movie rights in the book to a major motion picture company such as Paramount or Universal and get a hit movie made from it. The initial movie would turn into a movie franchise. Then I'd market artifacts from the house, such as splinters taken from the "bannister of death" or the "torture beam." I'd get a comic book made about the history of the house, and I'd sell little house models in toy stores. After I'd milked all this for all it was worth, I'd sell the house itself as a "celebrity ghost house" to some famous Las Vegas stage magician such as David Copperfield.
