Only stupid Americans. The cost of manned missions is stupid high. Something like 90% of the cost/resources of a flight. For the money/resources wasted on ISS we could have had an armada of robots thoroughly exploring all corners of the solar system and beyond. Stupid human tricks in space has set us back hundreds of years in exploration.
