  • 2023 - NASA female "astronauts" doing propaganda spacewalk too busy photo-oping to do actual jobs, fail to secure expensive tools and predictably lose them, thus creating another hazardous object (which can separate into many smaller objects) that must be tracked and further space flights will need to make adjustments to avoid them until the tools eventually make their way toward Earth and burn up.
