I read that as they are picking one woman from a pool of 12 to do the walk. No mention of the other crew also being women.

That makes sense. An all female crew would be a suicide mission.

I don't think it could possibly work with all those crazy women. Maybe 6, but a biological male and other biological male subordinates would have to control the mission.

Biological females cannot run any business except possibly a bakery or grocers. No mission of intensity can ever be taken by such emotional and irritable human beings.

The female is a very sensitive creature.
