This is 100% true and the fact that microgravity is deadly to the human body is probably the only valuable scientific discovery of the International Space Station.

If/when we go to Mars and the rest of the solar system, it must be under artificial gravity.

PS the #1 constituent of the ISS's water recovery filtration system's filters... is calcium deposits... the astronaut bones.

They have limits on how long youre allowed to be in space for in total. Girl astronauts have shorter total timespans in space since they have lower bone density.

Ban NASA for bigotry.

Some we bitching about it a bit ago. Lol. Idiots.

Calcium? Maybe they should raise their vitamin D and K2 levels.

Your body needs to be challenged by gravity this isn't going to be solved by with supplements.

It'd be worth it to know you're safe from covid-19.

Lol. Probably not. The killers of humanity are probably the ones paying for space exploration. After they kill most of us off, they'll move on and covid will move on with them.

Squats

Basically 0G squats ain't gonna do shit for your bones. The next major apace station needs to have spin induced artificial gravity.

The induced spin gravity is cool and all but you'd probably get dizzy as shit every time you turn your head. Nasa did feasibility studies, there's footage on the interwebs.

It would suck but we don't have alternatives to my knowledge, a huge radius and a higher orbit out of the debris field and it should be doable but we're probably looking at asteroid mining before the best version of this could be produced.

How are you going to squat zero weight?

[–] 1 pt (edited )

Its said to be zero g but its not actually zero g up there. You could also squat between a stationary bar on springs or pistons providing resistance and the shuttle floor.

[–] 0 pt

Perhaps that will be an experiment in the next long term space mission.

[–] 0 pt

We've known about this for years.

And memory loss as well, turned a cosmonaut retarded.

All you jabbed fucks go to Mars already then. I am sure "Space" has the same side effects as the jab, but you can believe your saviour Elon and your VR headset that you are on a very special mission to mars while you waste in a human farm, pigs.

Do you even lift, bro?
