This is 100% true and the fact that microgravity is deadly to the human body is probably the only valuable scientific discovery of the International Space Station.

They have limits on how long youre allowed to be in space for in total. Girl astronauts have shorter total timespans in space since they have lower bone density.
Calcium? Maybe they should raise their vitamin D and K2 levels.
Your body needs to be challenged by gravity this isn't going to be solved by with supplements.
