Delays have always been announced on several days notice previously. It's speculated someone has been interfering with the website and that the due date is still today.

Edit: It's reported that the May 31st date is visible from some users in the EU. www.faa.gov is apparently cached by Akamai and someone may have manipulated the cache.

I used a VPN with locations in the EU and couldn't get that date to show up.

This is what I get:

The FAA intended to release the Final PEA on March 28, 2022. The FAA now plans to release the Final PEA on April 29, 2022 to account for further comment review and ongoing interagency consultations. A notice will be sent to individuals and organizations on the project distribution list when the Final PEA is available.

As I mentioned, they gave several days notice when the decision would be delayed before. This appears to be political retaliation for Musk's twitter purchase to me.
