Seems to be real, amateur radio guys from USA and Germany were putting up aerials and dishes and managed to track it and confirmed the landing. https://twitter.com/df2mz The China space progam is not as free and open as NASA so they were holding back photos and instead used a NASA style CGI animation to show the Chinese landing.
