It was awesome they did it. The planets were lined up perfectly for it. If I remember right from the documentary the last time they were lined up so favorably Thomas Jefferson was president.

Amazing they could do it with what is now ancient technology. All the work that must have gone into the orbital physics and math is well beyond me ... brilliant folks.
